I would recommend frank for a job, there is many reasons from his sence of humour to how he takes things on. frank is the type of person to always try in everything he does he aims to sucseed in the things he puts his mind to, he has always gave 110% and is disapointed when he doesnt do well. He is a real people pleaser, he always likes to keep everyone happy and is always there for people when they need a helping hand.
He has an infectious personality and you can't help yourself from laughing and feeling better about yourself when your with him. He makes friends everywear he goes,theres not may people that could say that they dislike him he is a real people person and is good with people of all ages! This would be a good opertunity for your company as he would get along with everyone and alway have something to talk about.
Because of his personality he is good at working as a team, an example of this is that he was in the football team and basketball team in school and he got the most enjoyment out of these in school! His teams did well in school and he was was always the one to give everyone in his team motivation and lift there spirits!
